See How HEARD Supports You

A calm walkthrough of the app: gentle tools for clarity, validation, and real-time safety—at your pace.

What It Is:

A one-on-one chat space with Raya — your trauma-informed AI companion. A safe place to speak freely, process thoughts, or sit quietly with someone who understands.

Why It Matters:

In hard moments, having someone to talk to — without pressure or judgment — can make all the difference. Raya’s Room offers real-time emotional support, grounding, and validation whenever you need it.

What It Is:
An AI-guided clarity tool that helps you understand whether a situation, behaviour, or interaction may be abusive — and why.

How It Works:
You describe what’s happening. Raya gently analyses your words to identify potential abuse patterns, dynamics, or warning signs, and explains what’s going on, why it matters, and how it may be affecting you.

Why It Matters:
Abuse often hides in confusion, self-doubt, and mixed signals. Is It Okay? helps you name what’s happening, validate your experience, and regain trust in your own perception — without judgment or pressure.

What It Is:

A gentle space that helps reframe self-critical thoughts and practice inner compassion.

Why It Matters:

Trauma often leaves behind a harsh inner voice. This tool helps you shift into kindness, patience, and self-acceptance — one thought at a time.

What It Is:

A visual log of the boundaries you’re setting, holding, or struggling with — including emotional, time, and digital boundaries.

Why It Matters:

Boundaries are safety. They teach your nervous system what is and isn’t okay — and that your “no” is sacred.

What It Is:

A gentle end-of-week summary from Raya that gathers themes from your week (highs, lows, patterns) and reflects them back with care.

Why It Matters:

It helps make sense of the week, honours small wins, and reduces self-doubt by showing steady progress you might not notice in the moment.

What It Is:

A daily feed of affirmations and quotes tailored to emotional themes you choose.

Why It Matters:

Words shape belief. This tool plants intentional thoughts each morning to nurture healing and self-trust.

What It Is:

A daily journal that gently prompts you with healing questions.

Why It Matters:

Writing can calm your nervous system, process trauma, and reconnect you to your inner truth — even on the hard days.

What It Is:

A 52-week journey of healing themes like forgiveness, boundaries, and self-worth — each with prompts and to-dos.

Why It Matters:

Healing is a path, not a destination. These gentle weekly footprints help you walk it — one step at a time.

What It Is:

A safe container to write what you need to say — to anyone, without needing to send it.

Why It Matters:

Expression without consequence. It frees emotion from your body and lets your truth breathe, without fear of repercussion.

What it is:
A single-tap safety hub. Help Now opens discreet links to local crisis services and emergency numbers, plus quick grounding tools and a Quick Exit.

Why it matters:
In moments of fear or overwhelm, you need speed and clarity. Help Now shortens the path to real-world support—connecting you to the right local help immediately, while offering a fast exit and simple ways to steady yourself until help is reached.

What It Is:

A protected space to document events and emotions in your own words, over time.

Why It Matters:

In survival, truth can be challenged. This timeline helps you remember your reality, spot patterns, and validate your lived experience.

What It Is:

A quiet calendar that lets you record mood, appointments, to-dos, and notes in one place — designed to blend in and stay private.

Why It Matters:

Seeing your days at a glance helps you notice patterns, plan gentle routines, and keep important dates without overwhelm. It’s a low-stress way to track how you’re really doing, without drawing attention.

Founder’s Story

Why HEARD Exists

HEARD began as the tool I needed but couldn’t find — a calm, private space that believes you, helps you reflect, and builds practical safety into every step. I designed HEARD with survivor-first language, gentle pacing, and ethical guardrails, so that support feels safe, not overwhelming.

My hope is simple: that HEARD becomes a small anchor on hard days — and a quiet celebration on better ones – Georgia Kinchin
